Being an Architect but with a passion for Food and Beverages, I along with my brother started the journey with THE CHAI WALAH in the year 2022. It has been a pleasurable journey with financial and social gains. Like all journeys, this one also had its highs and lows, but together as business partners of THE CHAI WALAH we overcame the tough times, took our learnings, and defined the growth path. Over the years our key learnings have been that a Good location, a Vibrant clean store, Good Chai, continuously evolving Good Food, a trained team delivering a WOW experience to all the guests who are walking into the store and actively involved Franchisee Owner's inputs make a winning combination, which is destined for success. And with these learnings, we have grown from a single store in Calicut to five stores and are looking to open more. With our dedicated efforts as a team, we have made THE CHAI WALAH a preferred Chai spot for people in Calicut. Over time the above-mentioned core components have remained unchanged and relevant. With the new fresh look stores, now developed Supply Chain 6 actively involved Operations team, we see THE CHAI WALAH overpowering the competition.

Delighted to franchise THE CHAI WALAH. Good response is being received from all the customers. Our TCW outlet in Ponnani Karma Road is receiving great feedback from every customers, 40 different varieties are being offered to those who come to the shop. No one has any complaints. Good opinion shared by all. Malabar, especially Malappuram, is a place famous for taste in Kerala itself. Here Chai Wallah is sure to get acceptance from everyone since its inception because of the quality and organic nature of the chai powder. First of all, I would like to thank THE CHAI WALAH company for giving me this opportunity, I have a very long story with THE CHAI WALAH and was always a fan of Chai, my story begins in the year 2022 in Calicut when I came on vacation from Middle East with one of my friends he wished to have cold coffee from his favourite local hangout place and we decided to visit the near by chai shop which happened to be THE CHAI WALAH’s 3rd outlet in Calicut where I ordered an Indian Masala Chai and I fell in love with it, I still carry the pic with me as I belong to a business family and I always wanted to be an entrepreneur so after putting an end to my expat life started looking for something of my own where I decided to get myself involve in franchisee business. One day I started to search for THE CHAI WALAH and got to know that THE CHAI WALAH offers franchise opportunities, it’s then I opted to take up TCW Franchise and after a few days got a response from the team, they were very happy that someone from the north Malabar is interested in TCW but of course, there are many norms of the company so they visited us and I showed them the location and finally they agreed, We also had a training of 1 month at Lakkidi View Point store, Wayanad, Kerala which was very helpful, So after an year I opened my second outlet in Calicut Beach, Kerala which both the outlets are still operational and planning a 3rd outlet on Mysore Road, Sultan Bathery, Wayanad. I am very thankful to the company, I thank the entire TCW team for the trust in me.
